Nicole Fields, affectionately and globally known as Coach Nikki, is a Certified Life and Business Coach, an award-winning Motivational Influencer, Published Author and loving mother to four children. She Founded The CWN Brand in 2020, which serves as a local incubator for small business owners and entrepreneurs in Richmond, VA, and specializes in assistance and navigation of real life experiences in business.
Her life experiences have shaped her motivational speeches which are centered around unapologetically stepping into your power, and bouncing back as needed in life through the skillset of "bouncebackedness".
